Imagines...

Anna

Imagine, all you've ever wanted was to be a mom. You buy a pregnancy test knowing that it will be negative like it is every time you by one. Imagine you take the test and it's positive, don't get excited wait to see if the doctor will say the same. Hallelujah! it's for real.
Imagine the week after the positive test you begin to bleed. You know that its possible to have 1 last period. It doesn't go away.

Imagine you go to your doctor and they discover in the pelvic exam that you have polyps and they're removed. What a relief right?

Now imagine that you are 3 months a long and you're losing weight, 4 months and still no gain. By the time you're 5 months, you've lost 10 pounds but the doctor isn't concerned.
Imagine getting excited because you have gained the 10 pounds back and you're 6 1/2 months pregnant.

Imagine feeling like things are turning around. Now you're 28 weeks long and imagine something is dripping down your leg. You're afraid and you go to the hospital only to be sent home after being told it wasn't your water. At the doctors authorization, you go out of town for a family reunion thinking that you can't hold your urine. The following Tuesday a gush of liquid pours out.

Imagine that you are now having your first child and you're only 28 weeks 6 days along.
She's born 3lb's 2oz and doesn't need to be on a ventilator but you can't take her home.

Imagine being released and feeling empty. You're at the hospital every day watching babies leave but yours has to stay.

Imagine it has now been 4 weeks and other babies have come after yours and leave before yours.

Imagine crying out to God because you want to hold your baby in your own house without the nurse telling you that you have to put her back.

Imagine God answers your call and she's released after being there 6 weeks.
This may not seem bad too some of you but as a first time mom, it was scariest thing I have ever experienced. SiAna Sheri is a true blessing and a reminder of God's love for me. She is now 2 months old and weighs 7 1/2 lbs. Praise God!!
